Post 1: Up to 37 hours: Falkirk Community Hospital Post 2: Up to 22.5 hours (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday): St Ninians Health Centre We would welcome an enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven secretarial experience. Working knowledge of audio typing/minute taking and clinic management experience is essential along with relevant experience with office procedures and IT applications. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. The post is based within the Substance Use Service. The Service is Forth Valley area-wide and the successful candidate will be required to work over 2 sites when required. The clinics are based at Falkirk Community Hospital and St Ninians Health Centre. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post. You will have significant experience in a similar post within a healthcare setting – including fast accurate audio typing and IT skills, a knowledge of medical terminology and HNC (or equivalent). Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to the challenges of this role are essential.
