Responsibilities
* Establishes and builds relationships with customers and field representatives.
* Identify and transfer leads to the outside sales force.
* May provide direct support to direct sales team.
* Performs telephone selling and/or screening to provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
* Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
* Has regional or territorial responsibility for calls.
* Contributes to the team’s success by embracing guiding principles and behaviors, and actively participating in a culture that puts patients first.
* Demonstrates teamwork, agility, accountability, and respect to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Performs the full scope of departmental tasks independently and reliably at the senior support level.
* Engages with internal teams or external contacts to resolve questions, address issues, and support workflow continuity.
* Applies broad job knowledge across a wide range of assignments and understands how their work impacts interdependent departments, customers, or vendors.
* Independently resolves most issues, using sound judgment and recommending solutions for non-routine problems requiring approval.
* Provides detailed, sometimes technical or sensitive information and explanations within the team and across functions as needed.
* Works with limited supervision, exercising a high degree of independent decision-making.
* May mentor less-experienced colleagues and contribute to team development and performance.
Experience Required
* Professionals at this level are experienced in their function, with the ability to manage a full range of departmental responsibilities independently.
* Typically has 3–5 years of relevant experience and demonstrates sound decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Understands cross-functional impact, exercises independent judgment, and may support or mentor less-experienced colleagues.
