Job Responsibilities:
1. Work alongside the current FAS to provide pre-sales support to the commercial teams for territory planning.
2. Supervise and maintain relevant projects, landmarks, and cases.
3. Attend customer calls and on-site meetings alongside the FAS, supporting any relevant technical follow-up activities.
4. Support customer training lead by the FAS on-site.
5. Participate in FAS-led internal communications, FAS training, and Knowledge Sharing Call series.
6. Attend regular 1:1 meetings with internship supervisors and the FAS Manager.
7. Manage hardware upkeep.
8. Review technical drawings and documents.
9. Participate in process improvements, development projects, and contribute to the resolution of common issues.
