Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to take full ownership of the site’s Quality Management System. This is a key role ensuring that all products, processes, and materials — from goods-in to finished product — consistently meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System, policies, and procedures.

Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22716, cGMP, and RSPO.
*
Maintain and update the Quality Manual and lead training initiatives to promote best practices across the site.
*
Ensure new product introductions meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
*
Establish preventative quality processes to eliminate potential defects and improve first-time-right performance.
*
Conduct thorough internal audits, identify root causes, and drive timely corrective actions.
*
Perform supplier audits and work collaboratively to strengthen supplier quality.
*
Foster a strong culture of quality awareness and compliance across all departments.
*
Support continuous improvement and contribute to the long-term quality strategy for the organisation.
About You
*
Experienced in managing and maintaining a Quality Management System.
*
Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
*
Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and see challenges as opportunities for improvement.
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and other quality management tools.
Desirable Experience
*
Experience producing Product Information Files (PIFs) for cosmetic or personal care products.
*
Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes
