About the Role
We are excited to welcome a Sales Development Representative to our Telford team! In this pivotal role, you will support our business growth by:

You will be a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, gradually developing your product knowledge and sales skills through structured onboarding and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for existing and potential B2B customers (installers, contractors, distributors, wholesalers).
* Support the external sales team with lead follow-up, information exchange, and administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in our internal systems.
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide information and ensure a positive experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including:
o Marketing: Support campaigns and handle incoming leads.
o Technical Support / After-Sales: Address technical queries and ensure follow-up.
o Logistics / Operations: Assist with order tracking and stock-related questions.
o Finance / Accounts: Help with invoicing and basic credit-related queries.
* Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Gradually build knowledge of our products and services with full training and support.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoys engaging with people.
* Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
* Is confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic computer systems.
* Enjoys collaborating and supporting others to achieve shared goals.
* Can manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
* Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
* Speaks fluent English.
Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus, but we welcome candidates from administrative, customer service, or support roles who are interested in growing commercially. A driving license is not required.
