Job Title: Material Handler
Are you ready to make a difference on the production floor? As a Material Handler, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that products flow smoothly to and from assembly lines. Your role is crucial in keeping our production running efficiently!
Your Responsibilities
* Transport carts and pallet jacks throughout the production floor, moving products to and from assembly lines.
* Conduct inventory transactions using a handheld scanner.
* Collaborate with leads in the paint and assembly departments to meet their needs.
* Assist fellow material handlers in the assembly department.
* Support the paint unload team with unit organization.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
* Experience in inventory, material handling, part picking, or similar roles.
* Proficiency in using RF scanning devices.
* Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).
* Basic counting, adding, and subtracting abilities.
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Capability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs constantly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
* Push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally.
* Able to perform tasks involving walking and standing for full 8-12 hour shifts.
* Frequent use of hands and fingers to pick parts and grip objects, tools, scanner, etc.
* Occasional crouching, kneeling, bending, stooping, and reaching forward and overhead.
* Operate powered equipment as required.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing facility is dynamic and fast-paced! While the paint department is air-conditioned, much of your work will take place in a warmer fabrication area. Being comfortable in these conditions is essential.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $22.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.

This is a fully onsite position located in Anoka, MN.
