Key Responsibilities As Health & Safety Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and take full ownership of safety policies and procedures across the business. Duties include: Developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures. Conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections. Leading accident investigations and producing reports. Delivering H&S training to staff across all levels. Ensuring Fire Risk Assessments are carried out and actions implemented. Supporting managers and supervisors on compliance and safe working practices. Keeping up to date with all health and safety legislation and changes. Maintaining COSHH compliance and ensuring records are accurate. Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a Health & Safety management role.
