Role Overview
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales department with day-to-day operations and client interactions. You'll be responsible for administrative duties, supporting the quotation process, managing diaries, and helping to fuel our sales pipeline. This position is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the company's overall success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a range of administrative tasks set by the Sales Director
* Provide support to the sales team in preparing and issuing sales quotations
* Assist with lead generation and maintaining our CRM system
* Set appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team
* Support the management of diaries and ensure key events and deadlines are organised
* Contribute to the implementation of the new sales strategy
* Play a part in driving revenue and supporting overall business growth
Reporting and Collaboration
* Provide regular updates on quotation progress
* Provide updates on number of appointments made per month
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure client success.
* Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Experience in a sales support or admin role is preferred
* Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
* Industry experience desirable but not essential
Performance Metrics
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Completing sales quotations in accordance with SLA's set
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service
* Making regular new business appointments
Possible progression
This role has the potential to progress into the role of an external Sales Development Executive if this is desired.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
