What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Service Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting their engineers and ensuring their clients receive an exceptional service experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Collating and printing engineer reports; cross-referencing with weekly timesheets
* Logging timesheet data into internal systems
* Identifying and tracking return visits and replacement part requirements
* Liaising with customers on job status, scheduling, and follow-ups
* Logging reactive calls and scheduling both pre-planned and emergency jobs
* Assisting with invoicing, issuing customer check sheets, filing and administrative tasks
What they're Looking For:
Our client is seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys the challenge of keeping multiple plates spinning. You'll need:
* Previous experience in office administration or coordination, ideally in a technical or service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
