Salesforce Functional Consultant (Core Cloud and Marketing Cloud)

£45,000 to £55,000 DoE + Bonus
We are working with a boutique UK based Salesforce partner to find a Functional Consultant to join their team ahead of a number of new projects kicking off in the next one to two months.
This is a genuinely broad role at a consultancy that delivers across the full Salesforce stack, from bespoke custom integrations and managed packages through to enterprise scale multi-cloud implementations. You will get exposure across a wide range of industries and clients, with real variety in the work from day one.
THE ROLE
You will carry dual responsibilities across hands-on build and direct client engagement, working across both Core Cloud and Marketing Cloud projects. Whether you are configuring flows, supporting a managed service client, or sitting in a stakeholder workshop, you will be expected to show up confidently on both the technical and consultative side.
The team around you is experienced, tight knit, and includes technical and functional consultants, architects, and delivery specialists, many with long tenures in the Salesforce ecosystem. There is a clear roadmap for progression into solution architecture or other senior tracks depending on where you want to go.
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
You will need around 2 to 5 years of Salesforce experience, ideally gained in a consultancy environment, with a solid grounding in Core Cloud and hands on exposure to Marketing Cloud. They want someone who is comfortable with declarative tools, confident with flows, and able to manage stakeholder relationships without hand holding.
Specifically they are looking for:
- 2 plus years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Hands on experience with Marketing Cloud, ideally across Email Studio, Journey Builder, or Automation Studio
- Strong Core Cloud experience across Sales or Service Cloud
- Comfortable with flows and declarative configuration
- At least two Salesforce certifications, Admin plus one other as a minimum, Marketing Cloud certifications are a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior consultancy experience is preferred
- Full right to work in the UK, sponsorship is not available
