Our client, a reputable Commercial Vehicle Specialist with multiple sites across the UK, is seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their team in Carlisle. This position offers both day and night shift options, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Duties
* Inspect and repair vehicles to DVSA standards, including MOT preparation and testing
* Perform fault diagnosis using advanced diagnostic equipment
* Carry out general mechanical and electrical repairs
* Attend offsite breakdowns, providing on‑call support when required
* Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and roadworthiness
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
* Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification
* Previous experience as a Van or HGV Technician, with a focus on Commercial Vehicles
* MOT licence is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Proactive attitude with a desire to develop skills further
* Thorough understanding of health and safety procedures
* Own set of tools
* Full UK driving licence
