Production Administrator – Fast-Growing Aerospace Manufacturer

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Production Administrator to play a key role supporting our Design, Production, and Operations teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help streamline processes, manage data, and keep the business running smoothly as it continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
* Provide administrative support across Design, Engineering, and Production
* Create and maintain job cards, BOMs, and other key documentation
* Handle data entry, reporting, and ERP (Sage 200) integration
* Support the COO with a variety of operational and project-based tasks
* Manage and analyse data using Excel and SQL
* Collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy and smooth information flow
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role within manufacturing or engineering
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas)
* Working knowledge of SQL (essential) and familiarity with Sage 200 (desirable)
* Highly organised, accurate, and adaptable across multiple teams
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a self-driven attitude
