Job Role: Project Manager Construction & Infrastructure Projects
Location: HMS Collingwood, covering approximately 10 sites between Fareham and Marchwood
Salary: £46,000-£52,000, plus company car or car allowance (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who is confident managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the successful delivery of Billable Works and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to relevant government regulations, statutory requirements, and health and safety policies.
Oversee and monitor the performance of Supply Chain teams to ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, safety, and compliance.
Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Liaise with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) representatives, customer service teams, and site managers to define project scope, set priorities, and agree on delivery timelines.
