Come and Make a Difference at Wittersham Church of England Primary School
At Wittersham, we all want to make a difference – to offer children the very best opportunities to learn and succeed, and to grow into happy, confident, and sociable young people.
We are looking to appoint an excellent Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position.
If you are passionate about supporting children’s learning, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to helping all pupils reach their full potential, then Wittersham could be the school for you.
We are looking for someone who:
* Brings enthusiasm, commitment and high expectations for all pupils – and for themselves
* Demonstrates excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Has a positive outlook and the flexibility that comes with working in a nurturing, small-school environment
* Will support our Christian ethos and our commitment to developing the whole child in partnership with families and the wider community
* Is caring, patient and able to support children with a range of needs across the curriculum
We can offer you:
* Happy, articulate and engaged children who are proud of their school and eager to learn
* Opportunities for ongoing professional development
* A friendly, creative and committed team in a school with a warm, positive atmosphere
* A work environment where mental health and wellbeing are prioritised in every decision we make
* A supportive and enthusiastic Governing Body and a highly engaged parent community
* A thriving school at the heart of its village community
* A beautiful rural setting with a large sports field, swimming pool, reflection garden and nature area
