Role: Senior OH Advisor. Location: Derbyshire. Salary: £59-65k. Hours: Full time.
Amber Mace are working with a client looking for a Senior OH Advisor to join a busy, fast‑paced in‑house Occupational Health service.
They are looking for a candidate who will confidently lead operational delivery, act in a clinical capacity, support a small clinical team, and make sound, timely decisions in a busy and high‑demand service.

Key Responsibilities
* Line management of a small team (4–5 staff)
* Complex case management (1 to 2 days per week)
* Oversight of case management
* Support clinical decision making and quality assurance
* Leading on policies, procedures and service improvement
* Work closely with the Health & Wellbeing Manager on delivery
* Embed training, consistency and clinical standards across the team
* Engage regularly with HR and stakeholders
* Support KPI/SLA performance and service responsiveness

* Strong under pressure
* Able to prioritise in a busy environment
* Genuine team player who contributes to service culture, not just output
Requirements
* OH qualified, ideally SCPHN
* Comfortable working within a KPI/SLA‑driven service
