Job Ref: 215302454 The Opportunity Step into a specialist property litigation team where you’ll handle a sharp mix of commercial real estate disputes—think lease battles, development fallouts, complex rights issues, and strategic enforcement matters. You’ll work directly with a recognised practice leader and senior litigators who are genuinely invested in your development. What You’ll Be Doing • Running your own varied contentious property caseload • Jumping into heavyweight disputes alongside senior lawyers • Drafting, negotiating, and managing matters through to hearings and mediations • Getting exposure to development disputes, landlord/tenant issues, boundaries, covenants, and possession work • Playing a real role in client relationships, BD activity, and team growth What We’re Looking For A sharp, commercially minded solicitor (approx. 2–5 PQE) with solid property litigation experience.
