* Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and snacks, ensuring all items meet our organization's standards
* Maintain strict compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and Food Safety procedures at every location
* Keep kitchen, counter, and service areas consistently clean, organized, and hygienic throughout your shift
* Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers while representing our brand positively
* Support site-based teams by adapting quickly to different kitchen environments and operational requirements
* Manage inventory and supplies effectively, reporting any shortages or concerns to management
* Operate mobile catering equipment safely and responsibly
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* Proven experience in food preparation or catering assistance
* Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety standards
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Ability to maintain high standards of kitchen and personal hygiene
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
* Reliable transportation and valid driving license (essential for mobile role)
* Flexibility to adapt to different work locations and schedules
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
* Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience working in mobile or multi-site catering operations
* Experience with catering software or point-of-sale systems
* Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management
* Experience in a school or institutional catering environment
