Job Duties:
1. Supporting classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans
2. Assisting with the supervision and support of students
3. Providing one-to-one support for students with special educational needs
4. Helping to create a positive learning environment
5. Assisting with classroom management and behaviour monitoring
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Education and Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Basic understanding of child development and learning processes
* Patience and empathy towards students
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a classroom setting, following the school term calendar. Support may be required during extracurricular activities or school events.

Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment later.
