Service Coordinator / Service Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: Upon application We are supporting an established manufacturing company in Stoke-on-Trent who are seeking a Service Coordinator / Service Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service engineers, ensuring that jobs are completed on time, safely, and within budget. You will support in the technical aspects of paperwork, this includes RAM reporting, COSHH, Fleet Management and more. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and formulate reports * Schedule service engineers’ workload * Manage site access, including risk and method statements * Oversee works vehicles and their maintenance * Order service parts in line with scheduled jobs * Check and issue parts correctly * Monitor training and arrange renewal of skill cards * Order hire equipment required for sitework * Undertake site investigations on reported issues Day-to-Day Requirements * Experienced Service Coordinator / Manager.
