We are recruiting for Team Leader positions across childrens residential homes in Derby and Burton.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Team Leader or Senior Residential Support Worker ready to step up into a leadership role within a structured, well supported home.

The role:
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Lead shifts within a childrens residential home
* Supervise and support Residential Support Workers
* Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
* Support compliance with Ofsted regulations
* Contribute to a positive and stable team culture
We are also recruiting:
* Deputy Manager
What we are looking for:
* Experience in childrens residential care
* Level 3 essential, Level 5 desirable
* Experience leading shifts or supervising staff
* Knowledge of EBD and safeguarding
* Strong communication and leadership skills
