We are expanding our team in the North West to provide a proactive and visible service to our residents. We have a new full time, permanent opportunity available for a Housing & Neighbourhood Officer to cover Lancaster and Morecambe.
As a Housing & Neighbourhood Officer, you will provide a friendly housing management service to your residents. Reporting to the Customer Liaison Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team across the North West.
This is a field-based role, and you will be required to travel around your patch, Lancaster and Morecambe. On occasion you may be required to cover neighbouring patches such as Blackburn therefore we ask that all applicants live within a commutable distance of these areas.
You will be the face of Guinness, and your key responsibility is to provide an accessible face‑to‑face service to both homeowner and rental residents. You will work in a mobile way, out in the area meeting residents. You will work closely with Estate Services and other Guinness teams to get things done quickly and efficiently to achieve positive outcomes for both Guinness and our residents.
What we’re looking for
We are a customer‑focussed organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced housing professional, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
