Job Description
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and requests efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service, being attentive throughout the customer journey and addressing any concerns in a friendly manner.
* Collaborate with all colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Passion for food and/or customer service.
* Enjoy working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Solution‑oriented mindset, able to adapt to challenges and opportunities.
* Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
