We are seeking a reliable, kind, and proactive Housekeeper/Nanny to support the smooth running of our busy family home. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-organised household and enjoys caring for young children.
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning and maintaining a tidy, organised home.
* Laundry and ironing.
* Preparing healthy, family-style meals (as required).
* Caring for young children and assisting with daily routines.
* Light pet care for a friendly family dog.
* House-sitting and dog walking as needed.
* Assisting with food service and general support at family events.
* Helping to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Role Details
* Start time: 7:30 a.m. daily (number of hours negotiable for the right candidate).
* The family has children under 5 years old, so we require someone energetic, caring, and responsible.
* This is not a live-in role, but we can be flexible with working hours for the right person.
* A DBS check is required or will be conducted prior to employment.
Candidate Requirements
* A full driving licence is essential.
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or nanny position is preferred.
* A genuine love for children and animals.
* Organised, trustworthy and adaptable.
* Friendly, positive, and happy to assist wherever needed.
