Location: Hartlebury, Kidderminster (Worcestershire) Salary: £26,000 £29,000 + Performance Bonus Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30am - 17:00pm (some flexibility and occasional weekend work may be required)

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out hands-on product assembly to a high standard this involves physical work with frame-based components.
Ensure all builds meet quality expectations
Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to keep things moving smoothly.
Take responsibility for your area - Organisation, and ownership are key.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in assembly, production, or a similar hands-on environment, that has the willingness to succeed and drive to progress in the company.
A strong work ethic and genuine drive to grow and succeed .
A flexible and adaptable mindset occasional late finishes or weekend work may be required.
