Your new roleAs Architectural Technologist, you will support the technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages. You’ll be responsible for producing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuringpliance with building regulations and planning requirements.Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and developing technical drawings and specifications
2. Supporting project delivery from concept through topletion
3. Liaising with external consultants, contractors, and local authorities
4. Ensuringpliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies
5. Contributing to project coordination and documentation
6. Supporting senior team members and collaborating across disciplines
What you'll need to succeedYou’ll have experience in a similar role within an architectural practice, with strong technical skills and a good understanding of UK construction standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with excellentmunication and organisational abilities.Essential skills and experience:
7. Experience working across RIBA stages
8. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
9. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
10. Ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively
