This position is a permanent opportunity As a Driver/Labourer, you will be expected to: To assist the scaffold team in erection and dismantling of all scaffold operations, including complex design structures - proprietary scaffold systems. Carry out scaffolding duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with all applicable legislation. To be successful in a Driver/Labourer role, the skills you will need: Ability to assist in the erect and dismantle of scaffold in a safe compliant manner. Experience working in a scaffold business. Experience of working on various site types. Ability to labour on both Tube and Fit & PASMA Scaffolders. Effective communication at all levels in the business. Excellent understanding of the vision for Teal Scaffold as communicated through the Sovini Group. Commitment to customer care and the provision of a high-quality service. A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email To demonstrate The Sovini Groups values in your day-to-day job role Success, Passion, Authenticity, Courage, Enterprise.
