Job Description
We’re looking for a Strategy Manager who blends consulting-level problem solving with hands-on operational execution and has a genuine passion for fashion, retail, and product innovation.

What You’ll Do
* Own high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and operational performance.
* Define go-to-market strategies for new propositions and optimize pricing, promotions, and channel mix.
* Build and streamline scalable processes to speed up ASOS’s time-to-market.
* Use data analytics to uncover insights and turn them into actionable recommendations.
* Develop metrics and dashboards to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
* Drive continuous improvement across products, services, and operations through data-led thinking.
Qualifications
* A consulting background combined with in-house experience, with a strong track record in strategy and operational delivery.
* Passionate about fashion, retail, or product, whether you’ve worked in e-commerce or are eager to break into the sector.
* Comfortable moving from big-picture planning to detailed execution, thriving in fast-paced, complex environments.
* Skilled at data-driven decision-making, confident with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
* Exceptional communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels and craft compelling stories from data.
* Curious, proactive, and adaptable, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
