KPI Recruiting is looking for an experienced Chef to join our client’s team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, contributing to high-quality meal preparation and service.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Setting up the kitchen before service and preparing your station with the necessary food items.
* Cooking specific portions of meals according to the restaurant's menu, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
* Assisting with tasks such as marinating, cutting, and precooking ingredients.
* Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day and ensuring the kitchen is sanitized and organized at the end of each shift.
* Storing any unused items properly at the end of service.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00, with the option of ad-hoc shifts as needed.
The pay rate for this position is £16.00 per hour.
Requirements:
* DBS/PVG certification
* Allergy Awareness Certificate
