Responsibilities
* Ensure excellence in kitchen operations and customer service.
* Act as the lead of the shift, managing tasks and deadlines for the team.
* Monitor and maintain product quality, freshness, and standard compliance.
* Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to develop their skills.
* Train new staff and reinforce operational procedures.
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
* Use technology and processes to maximize efficiency and speed of service.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Experience coaching or supervising a team in a fast‑moving role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to consistently meet performance targets.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to food service.
