Dynamics Development and Support Engineer
£70,000-£85,000 per annum

Overview:
Looking for a Dynamics Development and Support Engineer to deliver and support high-quality CRM solutions, primarily using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role involves both hands-on development and 2nd/3rd line support, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications.
* Collaborate with business users to define and deliver system enhancements.
* Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solution designs.
* Manage application releases, quality assurance, and environment configuration.
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support, triaging incidents and coordinating with suppliers.
* Monitor application health and proactively resolve issues.

* Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration
* Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
* Azure integration (Logic Apps, API Management)
* Visual Studio, GIT, CI/CD
* REST/SOAP APIs, OWASP Top 10, Agile/SCRUM
Desirable:
* Copilot and AI experience
* Performance tuning
* ITIL knowledge/certification
