About our Nursery

Join Busy Bees at our Northampton Spinney Hill nursery, where we have an Ofsted rating of Good and a capacity of 111 children. Our long-standing team is dedicated to providing high-quality care in an excellent location, conveniently situated next to Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Morrisons. Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.


Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
