Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a remote sales adviser to work from home in the UK.

OTE £55,000
Simpler Law is looking for a remote sales adviser to join us, working from home typically between the hours of 9am to 5:30pm. Simpler Law receives over 120 referrals a day from all over the UK and your role will consist of attending prebooked calls with clients who have enquired about our services.
You will be responsible for reviewing any existing arrangements, ensuring it is the best plan for them and advising accordingly via phone or zoom. You will be responsible for ensuring that they receive the best service and advice possible, whether taking new instructions or advising on current plans. These calls are daytime appointments only and full product training will be provided at our head office in Lincoln.
As the company continues to grow, this role carries genuine opportunities to advance into management roles.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain accurate records
Provide advice and knowledge on estate planning arrangements
Maintain high standards of customer service at all time
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-focused sales environment
Administrative skills including maintaining accurate records
An ability to engage with clients and enable a conversation
Act as a consultant to help clients make informed decisions
