About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our team and help shape exceptional user experiences. You’ll work independently as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet real user needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
* Create user personas and journey maps to visualize user experiences.
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders for design consistency.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
* Develop and present design concepts and prototypes for stakeholder review.
Skills & Expertise
* Advanced proficiency in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques.
* Strong knowledge of Qualitative & Quantitative Research methods.
* Familiarity with Responsive and Adaptive Design principles.
* Ability to work independently and contribute actively in team discussions.
