We have some exciting news at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be a passionate, professional, and kind midwife committed to woman-centered care. Ideally, you will be happy to work 30+ hours per week, be a car driver, and have a flexible approach to work within the team. This includes providing overnight on-call availability to facilitate the home birth service and, as needed, providing care on the South Lakes Birth Centre. There may also be a requirement to support home births on sister sites across the bay, depending on roster demands.
You may be an experienced community midwife or a midwife seeking a new career direction. Preceptorship midwives nearing the end of their training will also be supported to apply, subject to the completion of a 6-month probationary period.
