* Confident problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Commercial awareness with a focus on operational efficiency
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to haves
* Experience with ERP or MRP systems
* Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S
* Experience supporting or delivering operational improvement projects
* Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH
