English Literature Teacher Location: Cradley Heath Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday Contract: Long Term – Until the End of the Academic Year We are recruiting a committed and resilient English Literature Teacher to work within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) based in Cradley Heath. This is a full-time, long-term role working with Year 11 pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will support pupils in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills while working towards their GCSE English Literature outcome. About the Role: As an English Literature Teacher in this PRU setting, you will deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to learners who may have experienced barriers to mainstream education. You will work closely with support and pastoral staff to provide consistency, structure, and positive learning experiences.
