We’re recruiting an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
You will manage a caseload of participants, guiding and mentoring them on their journey to employment. You will build strong, positive relationships, motivate, challenge, and support customers in obtaining sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure without supervision, and focus on delivering first-class customer service to empower lives and improve communities.
This role allows you to utilise your skills to support others and contribute to our mission. We deliver a range of employability and health contracts supporting unemployed people back to work, including the Restart Scheme.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits such as:

Location: Office-based in Great Yarmouth
Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Skills and Experience
* Good knowledge of the local labour market
* Basic understanding of self-employment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience in target-driven environments
* Experience delivering services meeting contractual and quality standards
* Knowledge of employability and recruitment industries
* Experience providing information, advice, and guidance
* Full driving license
