Responsibilities will be to support the day to day running of the canteen facility.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
* Ensuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard.
* To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene.
* Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area.
* Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.
* Operation of till.
* Other operational duties when required.
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a similar role.
* Basic Food Hygiene.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
* The ability to demonstrate great team work skills.
Further Information
Work time: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm, every other Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm, No Sunday work required.We are an Equal Opportunities Employer
