Certification Assessor – PPE Kettering, UK Salary - up to £29,000 plus benefits Full-time | 37.5 hours per week Our Kettering based client, a leading UK certification body is seeking a Certification Assessor to join their PPE division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for product safety and compliance. The Role Working as part of a respected and international certification team, the Certification Assessor will: Evaluate PPE products to ensure they meet UK/EU regulations Assess technical documentation and prepare certification reports Guide clients through complex standards and certification processes Draft quotations and support external technical meetings where needed You’ll be contributing to product safety that affects industries worldwide, all while developing your own expertise in a regulated, high-impact field. Ideal Candidate Essential: Broad technical understanding and attention to detail Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and managing projects Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Willingness to travel occasionally in the UK and overseas Desirable: Science-based degree or lab/test environment experience Understanding of CE/UKCA marking and PPE regulations Experience in manufacturing, certification, or compliance Additional language skills or overseas work experience Benefits 25–30 days holiday (increasing with service) Group personal pension plan Life assurance and income protection Flexible working hours and free on-site parking Interested?
