Hours Available: Flexible full-time and part-time roles
Delivery Method: Face-to-face tuition
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalised one-to-one educational support
* Help learners overcome barriers to education
* Plan engaging sessions suited to individual abilities and needs
* Promote emotional confidence and wellbeing during sessions
* Track progress and adapt learning strategies where needed
* Liaise professionally with families and external professionals
* Travel locally to deliver tuition sessions
Ideal Candidates Will Have
* Experience supporting children, teenagers, or vulnerable learners
* Knowledge of SEN needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or anxiety
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* A calm, flexible, and encouraging approach
* Good time management and reliability
* Awareness of safeguarding practices
* Access to transport for local travel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
