About the Role Our London-based Commercial Division is recruiting for a commercially savvy Senior Conference Producer to join their market-leading Large-Scale Events team. This role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious high performer to take the next step in their events career, working alongside one of the best Portfolio Leads in the industry to develop their skills as an LSE conference producer. Initially working as the 2nd producer on our two flagships, youll be working with plenty of autonomy to produce new programme streams within those events. Your role will be to support the Portfolio Leads aggressive event growth strategy, leveraging your new content to help us scale our customer community and increase our revenue. In the medium-term, youll have the opportunity to test those skills on an LSE event of your own, taking control of the production process, project managing the event and directly driving profitability. Key Senior Conference Producer Responsibilities: Support the Deputy Divisional Director in building and delivering world-class programmes for the two largest events in IQPC Londons business Work independently on new programme streams for those two flagship events, helping us to create new opportunities to scale our product, our audience and our revenue Help the Deputy Divisional Director to expand our network of leaders in the Business Transformation and Shared Services & Outsourcing space In the medium-term, pick up the production of your own LSE event, building and delivering a profitable event and continuing a strong upward growth trajectory Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressure points and investment priorities, defining the commercial angle for all of the events you produce Recruit senior executives to provide keynote briefings, to join panels and to participate in interactive roundtables virtually and (when restrictions allows) face-to-face Build a gripping narrative around all of your events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally Deliver cross-functional briefings and project manage your events across their lifecycle Manage and control individual event budgets Deliver in-person conferences on-site. Travel domestically and internationally to represent IQPC and support an outstanding customer experience Who are we looking for?
