What you’ll do:
* Support monthly payroll processing with a third-party provider (Cintra)
* Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records
* Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
* Respond to HR and payroll queries, escalating as needed
* Assist with onboarding, benefits, audits, and employee lifecycle admin
What you’ll need:
* A degree in HR or CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
* Strong admin and organisation skills
* Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office
* Great attention to detail and communication skills
