These roles will focus on managing and developing existing client relationships, ensuring service delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop existing recruitment client accounts
*
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
*
Deliver a high-quality recruitment service across assigned clients
*
Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure candidate fulfilment
*
Conduct regular client meetings, service reviews, and performance updates
*
Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts
*
Maintain compliance with recruitment legislation and best practice
*
Stay informed on market trends within your sector
Requirements
Industrial & Driving Roles
*
Previous experience within Industrial or Driving recruitment is essential
*
Strong understanding of high-volume or logistics recruitment environments
*
Proven experience managing recruitment clients or accounts
Tech Role
*
Previous experience within recruitment (any sector considered)
*
Open to recruiters looking to transition into the technology market
*
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
