This is where the next chapter begins. The business is now looking for an HR Director to join its Enterprise Sales leadership team across EMEA. This is a pivotal role, sitting at the heart of the commercial engine, shaping the people strategy while remaining closely connected to the day to day realities of the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding decisions on talent, structure, and performance, while ensuring that employee experience remains thoughtful, fair, and commercially aligned.
In practice, this means staying close to the rhythm of the sales organisation, understanding the challenges leaders face, and offering clear, pragmatic guidance. You will partner on workforce planning and organisational design, helping teams evolve as the business scales. At the same time, you will bring a regional lens, identifying patterns and risks across EMEA, advising on employee relations matters, and ensuring that decisions reflect both local legislation and global direction.
Collaboration will be key, working alongside global HR counterparts and shared services to deliver a seamless, effective people function. Alongside this, you will lead and develop a small team, creating an environment that reflects the broader culture calm, fair, and solutions focused.
The role calls for someone who blends strategic thinking with a hands on approach. You will bring deep experience operating as a senior HR leader within complex, fast moving environments, with a strong understanding of EMEA employment law and cultural nuance. A commercial mindset is essential, with the ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes, supported by data but grounded in real world context. Just as important is your ability to build trust, communicate with clarity, and influence stakeholders at all levels, navigating differing perspectives with confidence and sound judgement. Experience supporting sales organisations would be highly valuable.
