The Role
As Lead Surgical Vet, you’ll manage a varied surgical caseload and help shape the surgical standards of the practice. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior vets, contributing to clinical discussions, and improving patient outcomes.
* Take the clinical lead on soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries
* Support and guide the vet team on surgical best practices
* Work in a supportive team that values clinical progression
* Get protected time for leadership responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
* RCVS- registered Veterinary Surgeon
* Strong interest or experience in soft tissue/ orthopaedic surgery
* Passionate about mentoring and team development
* Certificate holder or working towards one ( supported)
