Duties
* Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wines, and soft beverages, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
* Assist with food preparation and meal service, maintaining food safety standards at all times.
* Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to phone etiquette during order taking.
* Uphold health and safety regulations within the bar environment, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Experience
Candidates should ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Hospitality or restaurant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of guest services.
* Kitchen experience or culinary skills that contribute to food preparation and cooking tasks.
* Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation techniques.
* Previous roles in hotels or similar establishments that highlight your ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 37 per week
