What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our internal financial reporting processes and controls. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering efficient, accurate and timely internal financial reports
* Preparing and posting month-end journals
* Leading on general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Getting stuck into ad-hoc finance projects
* Assisting with internal and external audits
Skills/Qualifications
You're more than just the numbers. You're detail-oriented, driven, and eager to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* A professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* A strong background in financial and management reporting
* Proven experience with process improvement and operational efficiencies
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure
* Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with inventory (bonus points)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision (nice to have)
