Newly Qualified Solicitor - Private Client | Chester | HNW Experience
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a top-tier Private Client team at a highly regarded law firm based in Chester. This is a fantastic role for a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop their career in a team known for its complex, high-value private client work.
The Role:
You will be supporting a Senior Solicitor on a broad range of matters including:
Drafting wills and advising on probate and estate administration
Trust creation and management
Inheritance tax planning and asset protection
Advising high net worth individuals on capital taxes and wealth structuring
This is a client-facing role that requires a confident communicator with a commercial mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
What We're Looking For:
A recently qualified solicitor (NQ - 1 PQE) with experience in private client work
Exposure to wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
A solid understanding of inheritance tax and capital tax planning
Experience working with high net worth clients is highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
