The role
is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaborate with senior finance leaders to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and develop the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function.
2. Review, implement, and continuously improve AP processes and controls.
3. Evaluate and introduce technologies to enhance productivity and automation.
4. Provide cover and support across AP activities (self-billing, banking/payments, invoice control).
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with other finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Requirements
6. Proven experience in Accounts Payable roles.
7. Strong understanding of AP controls and compliance.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
9. Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage across departments.
10. Flexibility to travel for training and benchmarking with other AP teams.
