This involves: Working one-on-one or in small groups with SEN students to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional explanation or practice Implementing specific strategies outlined in students' IEPs, such as using visual aids, breaking tasks into smaller steps, or providing sensory breaks Assisting students with physical tasks or personal care when necessary, always maintaining their dignity and promoting independence Supporting students in developing social skills, managing emotions, and navigating peer relationships Providing encouragement and positive reinforcement to boost students' confidence and motivation
